Common sequence of steps is following:
- You pay for the service and prepare data to get access to your site (see below).
- Our staff contacts you and ask for access data and script to install.
- You send all required data.
- Staff installs script and sends you report on completion.
- You check if script works.
- Staff corrects errors.
What data are required?
First, of course we need the script itself. We need to read its documentation to do correct installation. Give us either the script itself or URL where script is located.
Next we need to access your site. Usually this task is done using
- SSH/Telnet or
- FTP
Login and password to access by SSH are usually found in your hosting "signup" email. Sometimes SSH and FTP password are not the same, so you additionally need to precise this.
If script uses database, we also need next data:
- database server address and port
- login and password to create tables and insert data
Sometimes we also need additional details, such as email addresses, passwords and settings that you intend to use within the script itself.
Is there a guarantee for the work?
